The 2025 Career Fair will be on Friday, Octorber 3rd, 2025. Registration will open Tuesday, September 9th, 2025 at 9am EST and close on Tuesday, September 30th at 11:59pm EST.

Welcome to the 2025 National Finance Quantitative Career Fair ! Please read the following requirements and instructions carefully!

Requirements for Registration:
1. You MUST be a student currently enrolled full-time in the specified degree program at one of the participating schools. Alumni will not be admitted. To be eligible to participate in the career fair, you must be graduating before September 1st 2026.

2. You must complete the online registration form below, including the payment section. The $55 registration fee MUST be paid during the online registration process; it CANNOT be paid after registration closes or at the door. There will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

3. You must submit a resume that conforms to our guidelines as part of the registration process. Please click here for complete guidelines on resumes. The deadline for submission is Tuesday, September 30th at 11:59pm EST. Please proofread your resume before submitting. Your resume will be available online for recruiters to view as soon as your registration and resume have been approved. If you need to update or make changes to your resume, please email careerfair@Quantcareerfair.org. Do not cancel your registration or register for the career fair a second time.

Students who attend programs that are IAQF Academic Affiliate Members receive a 20% discount on registration for the career fair.
